Lily Odekirk

Multimedia Artist + Producer | Educator + Scholar

I was born and raised in West Virginia. I am currently based in Austin, Texas, and have worked both across the United States and internationally. My research interests include youth agency and softness as a resource in documentary theatre practices, and my scholarship is primarily autoethnographic.

Recent and ongoing artistic partnerships include: directing a series of personal narrative projects with young people incarcerated by the state of Texas (The Peforming Justice Project); producing the 2025 Cohen New Works Festival; facilitating and designing for The Applied Drama Institute and Drama for Schools.
